  • Worst service. I don't bank with BoA but I went in to deposit money for a friend from out of state. First, I wasn't greeted by my teller. Second, he rudely told me i grabbed the wrong deposit slip. When he finished running the transaction, he handed my receipt and asked, "anything else?" I said, "Nope, that'll be it." and that's it. He didn't say anything else. No thank you for coming in or telling me to have a great day. I broke then silence by actually Thanking him in a sarcastic way to let him know that his customer service sucks.
