We ate here last weekend. There were 4 adults and 2 young children in our party. We found the restaurant through restaurant.com and were intrigued by the heading which included the word "Organic". The place was pretty quiet considering it was 6pm on a Friday. The staff were nice eventhough they had not tried a few items on the menu and were not able to give us suggestions. I had the bacon burger which was quite good and not smothered in sauce as is usually the case in other places. My wife had the free range chicked which she thought was very good and moist. We thought that the pricing was high for this type of food. We also couldnt find any mention of organic on the menu. In fact the "free range" chicken seemed to be the only thing that was even close to organic. The restaurant says that thay make every effort to use local produce and when they cant find it they make sure they "know where the produce" is coming from. I think this is a cop out and they have inflated the prices thinking that the customer will pay more for this. While we enjoyed our meal, I dont think we will return as we can find much better and more affordable closer to where we live in Scottsdale. The Kozy Cactus is located in a strip mall next door to Target in PV mall area. I also feel that they need to drop their prices a little as there was nothing to show that any of the food we ate was local.
