  • I had a horrible service experience today. I had to bring my car back in as a wire that connects my speaker amplifier to my fuse box underneath my steering wheel went missing. I did not touch nor did I tuck this wire in anywhere. The service person was already in a bad mood after my service was booked in-correctly by her co-worker. I had to re-state my issue and was blamed for bringing in my car 15 days after the service (in between the holidays and vacation), and was told that it was not Toyota's fault in a loud and disrespectful tone. I did not argue and simply stated the scenario. I was blamed again after the technician found the wire underneath a panel. Not what I expected from a company that prides themselves on an excellent service experience. They have lost me as a customer.
