rev:text	I just stayed here on August 13-16. I wish I could give you guys 5 starts but I just can't. Here are some things that I think you did right (always start with the good things I say). Check in: Check in was easy and staff was professional and friendly. Lobby appeared clean. Room: Room was clean, dark with the shades closed and cool enough for pleasant sleep even though it was triple digits outside. Bathroom was clean and well appointed with everything I needed. Restaurant: I ate here a lot! With it being so hot outside, I didn't want to go out and my conference lasted most of the day into the night. Food was okay. Staff was super friendly and went out of their way to give good service. Pool: Water was cool. I liked the designed with the water dripping down like a small waterfall. Here are my suggestions. I stay at hotels often and was at the Holiday Inn two weeks ago in El Salvador and it was MUCH nicer than yours! I hope that this constructive criticism will help you make your hotel better. Overall Hotel: You guys really need a face-lift. I'm not sure what decade the decor is, but it needs a brightening up. LOBBY is uninviting, colors are drab and boring, tired even. ROOMS also need a face lift with new paint and furniture. Restaurant: Your menu gets a D-. I eat gluten free and had a very difficult time finding food I could eat. Vegetarian items would be helpful too. Pool: You need more shade and pool furniture that is comfortable and more of them. There were just a few chairs and lounges scattered around. Pool area needs a total renovation. I hope this helps you with specifics that you can use for your upgrade.
