Is there a way to rate with zero stars ?!? That's what the service department deserves . Went in for routine oil change as well as an issue with a vibration upon braking .
Was told by a service advisor I needed new front brakes.
I had the work done and picked up my vehicle .
I began to drive and everything seemed to be ok until I had to brake. I immediately felt something was wrong the vibration issue due to it was worse than when I brought it in. I couldn't understand that if I just paid for new front brakes how the issue I was having before was still there and now worse . I immediately picked up the phone and let the advisor know. He said to bring it back
I go back and wait a few hours for them to figure out why the issue is there and now worse. He comes back and said nothing is wrong . Then he decided to have someone go else drive my car. The advisor then comes back to inform me they would re-do the front and now fix the back for no cost.
Seems strange .. no one just gives away free work
I ask for it to be fixed that day and was told to come back
So I come back and leave the car (oh and at first was told because they were going to fix the back brakes for free I would have to rent a car if I needed one)
I spoke with a manager upon dropping off my car and he agreed for the inconvenience he would pay for the rental car.
I come back to pick up my car the following day,
Ask for a receipt for the work performed and was told no receipt would be given for the work done due to no charge for the back brakes.. this is strange
How can work be done and a customer get no receipt?
I called the manager later that day and was assured since he was unaware of what was going on that he would speak with his employees and later that day he would be in contact with me. Well I have yet to get a call. I called back again two days later asking for the manager , was placed on hold and no one ever picked up.
Oh and it's now been almost a week now
And still haven't heard back .
I am shocked after paying for a service the work wasn't even done the first time and now the poor customer service
Don't go to this dealership
