  • I forced my husband to get rid of some outdated boots a couple of months ago with the promise of buying him new ones. We have looked at quite a few stores and everything was either not his style or sold out in his size. Today at the outlet mall we purchased a pair at a European shoe store that basically just had someone there to ring up your purchase. No customer service at all. Shortly after we stumbled into Johnston & Murphy and we were greeted by Henry. Henry is a true salesman and went above and beyond to find my husband not one but two pairs of boots! Henry was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and was able to help other customers even while helping us without ever making us feel ignored. And the boots are beautiful. (We promptly returned the pair we purchased from the European store!)
