  • We have been very happy with Brothers Pool Service, a professional company that understands what it means to provide responsive customer service. We only had one issue when we first started where some of the areas had not been brushed, leaving obvious brown areas. Tyler was quick to handle the issue, offered to come out the next day to see/resolve it. Once the necessary care was communicated to the tech, we had nothing but excellent results. The monthly fee was a bit higher than what 3 other companies quoted us. But I was okay with it as long as they delivered what they advertised (not a fan of lip service). Their emphasis on customer satisfaction is fabulous, very appreciated - and so hard to find in many service type industries. Thanks Greg, Tyler (and Daniel M)!
