  • Cox Internet Service and Web Mail reliability has gone downhill over the past couple months. Web Mail and Internet service has been going out on a regular basis this year. Sometimes you can get in, other times not. All this coupled with rising billing rates. With the latest price hike, I am now paying $43.00 for basic starter internet. I have been a long time COX Customer, but it is time to start looking at other service providers like Century Link or another. Rising Billing Rates and Declining Service is not a good business model for any company. What the heck is going on at COX lately ?
