  • I first started working with Alteza Labs about 3 years ago after having gone through 4 different versions of websites and building multiple websites on different domain names. One of our biggest issues with our previous web design company was that our website was quickly outdated (they weren't mobile friendly and still using Flash which would never work on Apple!). Luis' approach has always been to educate us and show us why certain things will either help or hurt our business and guide us to what will be in the best interest of our business. From the beginning, Luis helped us map out a plan for long-term growth by focusing on generating more borrowers and revenue for our mortgage company. Alteza Labs has been able to stay on top of what it takes to make sure that our website 1) makes us appear legitimate and professional to potential borrowers 2) integrates with our back office so that our team can quickly follow up with borrowers 3) that it presents the information in an easy way that helps answer customer questions and makes our website convert cold prospects into leads so that we have new leads to follow up with automatically emailed to us We will continue to work with Alteza Labs simply based on the performance of our website (which we didn't realize was possible before) and the level of attention and care that he provides. It helps us run our company better knowing that we don't have to worry about this aspect of our business and we can easily reach out to Alteza Labs knowing that they have our back.
