  • I stayed at this hotel for over a month with my niece and nephew while my brother was hospitalized nearby. The circumstances of our stay were horrible, but the stay was WONDERFUL. I am amazed by the level of caring and service there was here. Tanya and Monica in particular, desk hostesses, were caring and accommodating. Every time we needed anything, they helped us out. The room was comfortable and VERY VERY clean. The housekeeping service was excellent and made our little home-away-from-home a pleasure and relief to come back to each night. It was a very safe and secure place. I don't think we could have gotten through this without the people at this hotel. I don't think any other hotel would have been so perfect for our needs. The included breakfast was good - hard boiled eggs, sausage McBiscuits, yogurt, fresh waffles, cereals, pastries, toast, juices, milk, and plenty of coffee all day long. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked, with local news on the TV and ample seating. When I return to visit my brother, this will certainly be where I stay. I am a frequent traveler, and have rarely encountered such amazing hosts. I am saddened to read any negative reviews from people who only stayed here one night. THEY HAVE NO IDEA how wonderful this place is. Please discount their reviews and pay attention: Sleep Inn at Concord-Kannapolis is the BEST.
