  • The worse customer service experience I've ever had! I ordered my glasses and was told it would take one week, one week later they say it's going to take another week. Two weeks later, no glasses! I come in 3 weeks later and they lend me a loaner, on the paper I signed, it says "still need to order glasses". REALLY?! So I wait another week, no glasses! 6 weeks go by and I demand a refund, they insist the glasses are coming in so I wait once again. 7 weeks later, I receive a call and I go in to get my glasses, guess what I get? The wrong pair and the wrong size! I demand a refund and was told that they did not bill my insurance, what a lie! They keep the money and I'm gonna be out of town tomorrow, unable to get a pair of glasses. I call to ask if I could use the loaner pair until the insurance refund clears, they said they'd call me back, guess what? Yup, no call back! Not one apology during this entire ordeal! Horrible customer service and very unorganized! Don't waste your time here! At least apologize for all your mistakes!!!!!!
