  • On 9-16-15 after removing my brace's I went to Comprehensive Dental Care for a teeth cleaning. During that cleaning the Dental Hygienist caused damage to my lower bottom teeth requiring further treatment from my Orthodontist. I then notified Gregg Henderson DDS and Oanh Y. Le DMD and they both refused to accept responsibility stating, "If your not happy with our service you may see another Dentist for further treatment". Even a third party confirmed damage to my lower teeth. The photos and ex-ray taken even shows how my teeth looked before the cleaning, and after. However, they chose to cover things up and conduct bad business practice. I do no recommend this office for any kind of treatment. All I asked for was an apology and a couple comp future treatments but they even said no to that. I am also filing a complaint with Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners, Better Business Bureau, and will seek legal counsel. There are many other Dentist in the Las Vegas and Henderson area that actually care about their Customers I would say go somewhere else.
