| - Our two pomeranians have had embrace as their insurance provider for the past 3 years or now but boy are we regretting it.
After faithfully paying out a considerable # of claims for us, Embrace has decided to CHANGE THE RULES in terms of their amount of reimbursement.
Our two dogs need laser treatments for the continued ailments, and instead of providing us with full/almost full coverage (as they used to provide) of said laser treatments , they are now paying us a maximum of $50 (for a $200+ treatment).
They have also decided that a recent injection (an antibiotic) for one of our dogs was "overpriced" by the Vet, and they refunded us $25 instead of the $150 the injection cost us.
So ALL OF A SUDDEN, Embrace has switched what was their routine procedures/reimbursements with us, to their liking.
We don't know what other provider we will switch to, but I can tell you from our experience Embrace is becoming more and more unethical.
STAY AWAY from Embrace.
