If I could give a zero rating I would. This was the worst car rental experience in my life. First, the wait time to the counter to get your car was approximately 45 minutes. There were five agents helping customers, but with their sales tactics it was taking longer than necessary for each customer. Numerous customers were upset by how the staff were trying to strong arm them into purchasing the insurance for their rental car. One women finally said she was an Insurance Agent and she wasn't buying their package. When I finally got to the counter 40 minutes after arriving my agent was very nice and pleasant and tried to make small talk In between trying to sell me extras which I declined. The man next to me started yelling and slammed his fists on the counter and commented about he was in Pheonix to buy a home and stated he wasn't going to Mexico. I didn't catch the entire conversation but at least eight people walked away angry and upset. Then after going to get the car I was given a car that was not safe by any means. There was a large hole in the carpet on the drivers side at the gas pedal that extended to the brake pedal. The clincher was opening the back door and finding the rear passenger seat so stained that either something blew up or someone vomited in the back. I wouldn't even set my belongings on the seats they were so disgusting. I went to the counter and was to that all their rental cars had damage and I said that this isn't safe I demanded another car. I was told there was none unless I wanted to upgrade. Mind you now I've been trying to get my previously booked rental and it's been an hour and fifteen minutes; still no car. I went and talked to another employee who finally was willing to help. Yeah, finally left and it only took 2 hours and fifteen minutes so that I could save $50. Totally not worth it. There were so many angry customers from inside paying to getting the car downstairs it was ridiculous. Never again!!
