  • I've been with this company for 4 years now. Only been to this location once until today & this was the worst service. I had older black woman she clearly didn't know what she was doing. How I get an eyebrow wax and walked out with no eyeliner, mascara, or shadow? Listen... She didn't let the wax cool #1, then she put too much and didn't let it cool on my skin long enough so when she was pulling it, it was still gooey. THEN she BURNED MY EYEBROW and eyelid. The wax dripped down and I screamed & she tried to act like it was no biggie cuz extra hair wasn't ripped off after she had to oil my face to get it off MIND YOU she didn't even care that it was HOT AS HELL on my THIN eyelid. I walked out and told the receptionists what happened& that I was never coming back. Of course they were speechless & didn't try to resolve anything so I left.
