  • Apartment - 1 star. Gross and dirty on move-in. Many things broken and in disrepair. Main entry looked like it had never been cleaned. Generally slummy student housing. Management - 5 stars. I had to find a subleaser fairly quickly after moving in, and they really bent over backwards to help me out. Thanks Mullins!
