  • If you sign up for the personal training sessions, make sure you cancel after you have completed your contract (it does not stop automatically). They continued to take money out of my account after I asked them to put my training sessions on hold. I exceeded my payment obligation and went in to cancel the payments from coming out, they said they would need a 30 day notice before stopping payments, which means they would take 2 more 68$ payments out (biweekly plan). Overall I'm making 3-4 payments over my training contract. They are so easy to sign you up for membership / training, but are blind when it comes to stopping your contract payments. I had to go in on 2 separate occasions "because the person that cancels memberships / training was not in". Beyond disgusted with this gym. Also, the times I did go machines & sauna was down which made it even more discouraging to attend. Can't wait til they take their last payments out. Nightmare
