  • We ordered a custom sofa online, but it only came with threshold delivery. The sofa needed to go into our finished basement, and being 158 lbs of lounging decadence, it was more than we felt comfortable maneuvering down the stairs. And so it sat on the first floor, still wrapped from delivery, for weeks while we watched TV on dining chairs. I was a bit hesitant to hire Just Bring It with only two reviews (albeit both five stars), but I'm here to add another five star review. I'd give them six if I could! Joseph was prompt with a response to my request for an estimate. While he told me he'd need to see things for himself to determine if the couch would actually fit, he committed to quoting me a very reasonable price should he be able to proceed. I didn't get back to him until the next morning, and he STILL managed to fit me in same day! Joseph and Tim arrived, and immediately impressed me with how assured they were in determining whether the sofa would fit, as well as the best way to get it safely into the basement. They wound up removing the basement door and completely uninstalled the stairwell ceiling light fixture (it's a BIG couch!), to ensure a smooth process. Once they felt everything was prepared, they efficiently and quickly maneuvered the couch into the hallway, down the stairs, and into the family room, where they placed it into the perfect spot without my even having to direct them. Joseph and Tim even offered to unwrap the sofa and dispose of the packing materials. They then carefully reassembled the ceiling light (it's actually attached better than it was before!) and rehung the door. It was overall a terrific experience. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable about moving furniture, efficient and affordable. I HIGHLY recommend!
