| - I'm a long time Apple devotee. Does it make me an expert? Not even close. Does it make me dread the cattle lines of the Apple Store? Every time. So when my 2007 iMac died, I checked Yelp for options and called MacMedia. Right from the first phone call, I had a good feeling. On my first visit, Louis Georges helped direct me to a used, upgraded iMac. He was great, incredibly knowledgeable, but the used computer wasn't for me. So next time I came in, Michael Coury helped me find a new computer. He was AWESOME. Helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and he actually listened to what I needed. He was patient and gave me a lot of helpful tips for maximizing my experience with my new iMac, which is light years ahead of my old one. I am thrilled with my purchase and the buying experience. If it hadn't been for Michael thinking ahead, I may have lost all my back up files. The store is laid back, friendly and there's no pressure. I can't imagine ever going back to the Apple store. These guys didn't ask for this review. I just had to write one because great customer experiences like this are rare these days.
