  • I just recently booked a trip to Riviera Maya through Liberty Travel. I had tried AAA and was so unsatisfied with how useless the lady was and the horrible communications I received from her looked for suggestions on Facebook and was referred to the travel consultant Julie in their Pleasant Hills location. When I say she is fabulous I truly mean it. I have gone out of the country many times before and never have I received so much useful information from an agent outside of being forwarded a link to the resort website. She truly listened to what I was looking for and helped us find the perfect resort. Gave us multiple options and her honest opinion as to which she would go with. I cant wait to go on our trip in 2 weeks and I will most definitely be taking my business back to Liberty for all future vacations! :-)
