  • My water heater went out and I was on the fence of going to a tankless heater, so I found Pure Plumbing through a referral on Rinnai's website. Pure Plumbing contacted me promptly the next day and sent out the serviceman the same day as well. Though I did not go with the tankless heater, the pricing for the replacement water heater was reasonable and the service was fast. They do good work and everything is communicated in writing (electronically by email and PDF). You know what you're getting. The inspection and follow up was outstanding. They definitely take pride in their customer service. Thanks Pure Plumbing!
