  • Just moved to Las Vegas from Hawaii and literally walked off the plane hours before shopping here. We were in the market for 3 beds and this was the first place we looked because it was in the neighborhood of our new home and the great Yelp reviews. We were immediately greeted by Alan as we walked through the door. We explained what we were looking for and he showed us all the mattresses that would fit our needs. Throughout this experience, Alan alway offered his opinion when we asked, answered all our questions, but was never pushy, giving my wife and I all the time we needed in making decisions. We ended up purchasing a King Tempur-pedic and 2 queen Serta bed sets. Hesitantly, we inquired about their 0% interest financing with the thinking that there would be a catch and be stressful (like buying a car) completing paper work. Thats when we met the manager, Kevin. To our surprise the financing process was quick and painless. We filled out a simple form, chose our payment option, and a few minutes later we were scheduling the delivery of our mattresses (which took place a couple hour later). The delivery service was awesome, it took the 2 delivery guys about 20 minutes to unload and set up everything in the bedrooms. They showed us how to operate the adjustable bed remote and asked us if we had any questions or concerns before they left. You will not be disappointed, customer service is top notch! Everyone at Best Mattress is professional, yet personable!
