  • Went to the show. Stood in line at concession for 15 minutes. Ordered a hotdog. Young man sent me to other counter to pick up hotdog. Handed girl my ticket. She takes it. Now I've waited 25 minutes. Finally I call her over as my movie is starting. She tells me it will be another 25 minutes for my hotdog. I asked if maybe she should have told me it would be that long. She replied that someone should have told me. I got a refund and sat thru my movie starving. Not a good experience.
