  • The good: the store is pretty when you walk in and they have nice displays. They have a large shoe selection. The bad: the customer service is not great and not consistent. The salespeople act like they are doing you a favor by answering your question. You have to search them out to get a dressing room and lastly, the shoe sizes are not prominently displayed so you can tell when a size starts and ends. Prices on the designer shoes are average, I can better deals from Rue La La and Hautelook and they are brand new. The less expensive shoes are a much better deal. Shoe conditions range from used to new.
