  • I am so glad I found them!! No matter what the service, question, or advice I needed they have always been accommodating, professional and caring. They guided me through insurance questions, both in the office and by phone. I never had a long waiting time for an exam, ordering glasses or anything else.I have always found them quick to help and to anticipate any question I might have. They have always taken as long as I needed helping me pick out frames fitting my budget. Doug has spoken at length to me by phone about my insurance benefits, not merely stating "just call your insurance company." I cannot reccommend them enough.
