  • Very cute little Salon with modern decor.The owner is extremely sweet and has great customer service.Unfortunately she is in need of a qualified eyelash technician.I went in to get my first set of mink eyelashes.When I arrived a young clueless black girl was the eye lash technicianI was told they use synthetic products,I was not to thrilled about that but went along with the service.After a hour and twenty minutes I started to feel extremely uncomfortable,I notified this girl and then and only then did she offer me a pillow...(Wow thanks your a hour and 20 minutes late on the comfort factor)for a service that should only take a hour.After she finished I look in the mirror and was horrified, (what had she been doing the last hour and a half).Given my natural lashes are sparse this looked horrible like I needed a fill already.The manager came in I explained my dislikes and why and she listened and attempted to come up with other solutions knowing my eyelashes were jacked up.The black girl started getting defensive and very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! It was obvious to me then that this girl didn't know what she was doing so I was a guinea pig...The owner offered for me to come back today and have a professional staff member redo them but after the rudeness and boldness of this little black girl I will not return for my own peace of mind.I suggest if the black girl is gonna service you RUUUUUNNN!!!! She is right out of beauty school and is TACKY!!!! request another operator save yourself some time and money
