  • I would give zero stars if I could! They put in a brand new trane air conditioning unit on our property in 2016. It broke down the first day! They told us it was a faulty motherboard. In December of the same year it broke down again they said this time the thermostat was faulty. Now it has broken down again, not turning on at all! When I called to let them know this was unacceptable they said our warranty was expired and would be $88 service call. I spoke with the service manager. He didn't seem to think that it was abnormal that a $6000 trance air conditioner has broken down 3 times in a year! He said technically after a year it is not there product to worry about anymore! He did offer to send out a technician for free but why would I trust them to fix their own faulty products! I would rather pay someone else to tell us the truth about it and fix it properly. Poor customer service and products!!!!!!!!!!!
