  • Can i give less than one star? I've used this "rapid" service twice and both times I was quoted times my digitizing would be done and assured it would be fast. I went here because of the name "RAPID". Both times my digitizing was hours late and I was offered no compensation. This happened to me once years ago at "West Camera" a 10 minute walk from rapid. They where extremely apologetic .. didn't charge me and offered my next round of digitizing free. I am an established photographer and director in Toronto and I wouldn't recommend "rapid cameras" slow shitty service to anyone in this city.
