  • I've only had online experience with these guys and it was terrible. Ordered a rack and dip bars online. They never told me some of my order was backordered, so I inquired after a week. I was then told that it is impossible for me to have them ship the rack and the bars later on. They eventually accepted to send it separately but keeping my money for however long it'd take them to get it back in stock. The issue was finally resolved after 2 weeks. I cancelled my order and will take my business elsewhere. I agree with the others, 1 star is one too many.
