  • I bought a GMC Terrain from JT about 18 months ago. Any time I've had an issue, it's always been appropriately taken care of by the entire staff at Axelrod. I think I got a fair price on a Certified Used Vehicle, and have been generally pretty happy with my purchase. The service department has always treated me respectfully, and I really appreciate the car washes. i've recommended people to Axelrod before, and will continue to do so. My only complaint is that it sometimes takes a while to get an appointment to be serviced. It's pretty common for them to be booked a week or two in advance. Other than that, everything is great!
