  • I've had a frustrating experience overall with this company. They have no problem collecting money for rent or facilitate its transaction but when I ask for the garage door opener for my new rental, no one seems to know what is going on. They are either at lunch or forget about you. Handing over the garage door opener should be a no brainer, as easy as handing over the keys and yet such a simple task can't be achieved.
