During a trip to Vegas, we had to stop in to get vaccinations for our two dogs since the hotel was requiring proof of immunizations (even though they already had them we had to get more to show proof before checking into our hotel-as they lost our records).
The staff was extremely understanding and the vaccinations were reasonable. Once back to the hotel, my French Bulldog had a serious allergic reaction! He had a hard time breathing and his muzzle was swelling rapidly! We rushed him back and they promptly treated him (even though it was late at night) and he stayed the night in the hospital. We were so worried about him yet we found the staff to be very considerate of our worries and let us call at 6 am to check on him the next day. He recovered beautifully! When we went to pick him up, the vets were very good at educating us regarding future vaccinations. And they did not charge us anything!!!! They seemed very concerned about our pup, and truly cared for his welfare. It was not their fault that he had this reaction-French bulldogs tend to have these issue's in general. Both vets that we saw were young and professional-and very ethical while being exceptionally knowledgable. We are so happy that we had such caring people to help us with our pup while on vacation!!!!! I recommend this animal hospital 100% and believe they set a gold standard as far as animal patient care. :) And I have been to MANY vets across the California area. (Which is usually a serious disaster!)
