  • So disappointed. I was referred to Jay for my color correction, I'm an ex stylist going from black hair to light again. I set up a consult and an appointment. During the consult Jay was nice and direct to say he knows my hair will be a process he just wouldn't have the time for. I totally understood, so he was going to refer me to one of his stylist and said someone would be in touch with me the next day to schedule. 2 weeks and me trying to reach back out to him, still no word. He canceled my appointment the following day with no call from anyone else to reschedule. Obviously this salon is established and they can take or leave whoever they want, so just be prepared to not get an appointment.
