  • Pricing is A+; customer service is lacking. It is hit or miss with how you're treated. I have never been "wowed" by their customer service honestly. It is either they look like they're miserable working there (& believe me it shows) or they are dazed & just going through the motions. Hardly see smiles. Coffee is Dunkin Coffee, wish they would learn some basic barista terminology. Donuts, well, everybody knows the donuts are not fresh. Still good though!
