Stay away. Price gougers. charge a la carte for services. Paid $83 for an exam after some coverage for insurance. I had no problem with that. Then they wanted an additional $63 for a contact lens fitting. After I declined to purchase their contact lenses or eyeglasses in house, they subsequently declined to release my prescription to another contact lens vendor, even though my examination was within a one year period. Ask them to waive the $63 contact lens fitting, which they would not do. In addition they told me I would have to have another examination for $83 on top of the $63 since over three months had expired since the last visit.
In response to Kenneth M's comment, I stand by my review and I have not posted any false information. Rather it is your staff that has provided YOU with false information. I did not decline a contact lens fitting, I declined a dilation. I would never have declined a contact lens fitting because that is all that I wear. I do not wear eyeglasses. That is the EXPRESS PURPOSE I visited your office in the first place so that I could get my contact lens prescription renewed. Furthermore the response of your staff in connection with this issue proved to me that your office exhibits no Goodwill or customer service in order to maintain a happy and returning customer base. I took my business to Sam's Club and got an exam and "contact lens fitting" without dilation, for $95.
