  • After having a horrible experience at the salon I had been going to for years I decided to try Madison since it's right next to my house. I read reviews and decided to book an appt with Ty because of all of the positive reviews that he had received and because someone had mentioned he was great with color. I am so glad that I did because Ty had exceeded my expectations! He did an amazing job turning my jacked up ombre into something beautiful. I am seriously in love with my color and I would highly recommend him to all of my friends and family. Ty took his time to ensure that he knew what I wanted and he walked me through the process. He put me at ease by explaining the steps and toning process because of my bad experience in the past. He even explained that if I was not happy I could come back and he would make any corrections. I really appreciated that he said that and it showed me that he was all about great customer service. I am so relieved that I found him and I plan on going to him regularly. Not only is he very professional, he also has a fun and easy going personality which made my experience even better. I feel like I've known him for years! The salon is very nice and clean and they offer all of the traditional services that you would expect. The receptionist was nice and friendly as well and offered me a beverage right away. I feel like I've finally found my go to salon and I am so excited!!! Give them a try- you won't be disappointed!
