  • My boyfriend and I came in yesterday for our first visit and we were less than impressed. We used to go to Ingleside but a friend of ours recommended this clinic so we gave it a try. Big mistake. Customer service at the front desk was lacking and slow. The facility is outdated with strange, hard (no cushion), cubby-like benches to sit in. The worst part about this place was the exam rooms. There was dust all over the wall and there was a clock that looked like it had not been wiped down in a decade. It was disgusting and made me question the cleanliness of the facility. Our vet was nice, but kept things short. Overall, we've had better experiences at other vets who seemed more interested in our pets. Based on our visit, there was a lack of passion and enthusiasm at SVC. We won't be returning. Back to Ingleside it is!
