  • This place looks dreadful. The machines were running, but there were only a few staff behind the glass and pretending that they were working. There is no candy's, chocolate involved in this factory. The sample chocolate wasn't even good. Is the sample chocolate supposed to attract people to buy the chocolates? It was too sweet, it lacked the chocolate flavor and left a sour after taste in my mouth. Totally gross! We went there in the early morning and I ordered a coffee. That was pretty bad choice. It was like brown water, where is my caffeine? The cactus garden looks like somebody's backyard. It's small, grumpy and boring. The Santa clause balloon lying drop dead on the walking path. The small little Christmas tree lights were all over the plants. The poor plants were strangled by plastic led wires. Perhaps it looks great in the evening, but it looks really F*gly in the early morning. We were here cuz a visit to the Ethel M chocolate factory was included in our tour schedule. We won't be visiting by ourselves for sure. No chocolate for me this time;(
