  • Great customer care, fair prices, no unnecessary sales pitches and supportive of the community. I won't lie, I don't know what to look for when it comes to mechanic work. I was born into a family who works on cars and so a tune up was something for which I was never hard up. After 16 years of using trusted mechanics (Dad and Grandpa) I am now 1300 miles away from anything familiar to me and was a bit anxious to trust someone new with my car. The lobby was warm and welcoming. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by mechanics and Aimee and Jessica who took great care of me. The lobby features self serve coffee, hot tea (woohoo!), drinking water, a good magazine selection and a large screen TV. I waited a reasonable amount of time for an oil change and tire rotation on a comfortable oversized couch. I brought a book anticipating an uneventful wait period but didn't use it. Aimee and Jessica were great company as well as other patrons in the lobby. In fact, I stayed after my car was finished just to chat. A few other noteworthy observations are that all the employees get along well with each other, they are interactive with their community hosting a few donation holiday bins and seem to have a strong and loyal client base. They just gained one more. I will definitely return and highly recommend!
