I have been a customer for a few years. Once the good cashier left things changed; customer service went downhill. I stuck around even with price increases. I ended up moving my business over to a cleaners w the same or in cases less fees w pick n drop off services. Today I have several out door curtains that need cut and hemmed. (7 sets of 2) the new lady tried to charge me $25 for each panel. At first $25 for a set was ok and the new cashier and agreed and mentioned the price back to her. The seamstress looked offended and said no no for one - doubling the price! The cashier looked at me and then away. I told her this was your last shot you over charge and I will go to my new cleaners. This is exactly why you have lost business and now mine. She tried to say she will lower the price I said again over charging forget it you lost the business.
