  • I ordered a cookie bouquet for pick up but when I got there no one was there and the door was locked. I called and the owner/manager said the delivery truck broke down and she had to leave to fix it and I should come back in 45 minutes for my pick-up...I could not wait around for 45 minutes to pick it up so I suggested they should deliver it since this was not my error and the owner/manager stated "only if I pay $10 extra for the cost of delivery". I feel this business should have tried to help since this was their error and should have delivered it for free since I was a paying customer. This owner/manager is belligerent and this business should be avoided if you don't want a hassle!
