I don't like writing negative reviews, but I feel like I have to forewarn people about Terry's by relating my experience. Six months ago I bought a used car from a dealer. I just took it to Terry's for their "winterization package." (They had sent me a coupon in the mail.) When I went to pick up the car, they told me that I needed new brakes, all around, plus calipers in the back, and a fluid flush. The total would be just shy of $1500. That's a lot of money, and when I bought the car the dealer had told me they had inspected the brakes. So I got a second opinion from another car shop (also highly rated on Yelp). They told me that I don't need brakes and won't for quite some time. That second opinion cost me just $50. If I had taken Terry's word for it, I'd have been out $1,500 unnecessarily. I won't be going here again. The good news is that I've found these other folks, whom I trust.
