  • This Tims is one of the worst in the city. I take a different route to work just to hit up a different one and avoid this one at all costs. When you pull up to the order window and no one else is in line, you can expect to wait a min or 2 before you're even greeted. When you get to the window nothing is even close to being ready and half of the time my orders were wrong. All this is happening and no one else is in line. It's 5am and the inside is empty and the drive thru is dead. I blame training and management because I've had many different people serve and greet and its always the same result. I was also told one morning at 5:15 am that a breakfast sandwich wasn't available because it wasn't breakfast time yet. What a joke... I've been here about a dozen times and finally gave up. Use the Tims on Heritage down by Costco... They're superb.
