  • RUN, DONT WALK. I have no idea how this business is allowed to continue to operate. Nail tech Annie has a hot temper and no respect for paying customers. She is rude, ornery and has a bad attitude. I will never spend my money here again after she had a meltdown simply for asking her to correct a crooked nail. Again, as a paying customer this shouldn't have been a problem. This woman has no concept as to how to treat her customers. She personally insulted me several times and stormed off in the middle of my session simply because I pointed out an error that she made. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Nail glue doesn't last long, super poor "customer service" and mediocre quality work for what is charged.
