Not sure I can trust them again...

I have a 2003 VW Beetle Turbo S 30,000 miles and I inherited it. So to anyone else this may be (well it's just a car) Turbo S's are rare.
This car only takes 4.8 qts of oil Mobil One Synthetic 0W-40
I had an appointment 10 AM AutoNation for an oil change.
I let 3 people know that I had my own oil one case (6) qts, in the back of the car.
I waited 2 hours for the service guy to tell me that the technician read the notes about me bring my oil after he put in theirs. The service guy ask if that would be ok. I ask them to drain it and please put in my oil that I have specific to what the car was broken in on. They did and a 3 hour investment of time I was expected to pay. I was pointed to the cashier and the cashier ask, "how was everything?" I told her what happened and she continued to pass me papers to sign as if my complaint did not matter, "aw I am sorry, sign these please", I said, "I wanted to speak to the service manager", and was told there was no one here. I exclaimed that this is a legitimate complaint and I will not sign your papers. She talked to someone and they said the oil change is now free. After I got my bug back I checked the trunk and the box of 6 qts of oil was gone. Should have been at least one left.
I began to wonder if they even did put in my oil that I brought in? They could have just tossed it in the trash or used it on someone else's car?
The only thing I have is the service guy letting me know that they used their oil.
I went to the dealer cause I thought I would get A1 treatment in the first place. Thought I would go there and I would be done in about 30 minutes, cause that's how long it takes me to change my oil in my pickup truck. Boy was I wrong! Seems you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover at all. I won't go back #trust #quality #notfullysatisfied #kickingmyself
