  • I thought I would give this place a try as I noticed it when we were having lunch at a neighboring spot. We walked in at 3 pm and was informed that it would be about 30 minutes and they do not take reservations on Sunday. So figured 30 minutes not bad, seemed to be plenty people working and a bit busy. Needless to say an hour and 20 minutes later, still no service. When I pointed out to the hostess/receptionist that they had skipped us, she proceeded to argue. The hostess/receptionist does not take your name upon arrival/check in, seats customers In pedi chairs although there is no tech to service them for at least an hour from what we observed (your feet are soaking this entire time). Since they are not aware of what you are having done, time management is lacking so all customers are informed 30 minutes. Completely impersonal and lack of organization. I think they may believe that by serving you a complementary glass of wine or bud light, you would overlook all they are lacking.
