  • My son called to get a quote on tires and he talked to the rudest employee. He did not even give him a quote and told him they just sell at cost. I followed up with a call for my niece in regards to service and was placed on hold for a few minutes and disconnected. I called back and again placed on hold and finally hung up after another lengthy time on hold.
