  • As I'm sitting here I'm waiting for my dog whom was supposed to arrive at 10:30. It's now midnight. The delay is ridiculous but the customer service has been amazing. The staff have been overly helpful--even pulled out a couch for us to sit down as there was originally only a single chair. The staff even called the airline and could be heard frantically on the phone advocating for us the customers. They have been taking the best of care of us despite the lengthy delay. I won't penalize them for that as they can't control the airlines and arrival times. I'm absolutely astounded at the length these people go for their customer. Excellent work guys keep it up! Most importantly my dog was in pristine condition.
