  • Purchased a P10c from this shop as they were the only ones in town who had one and these guys clearly don't care much about their customers and rely on being the only game in town for CZ. Example one: When I purchased I asked about adding some of their own after market sights. I asked if they'd install and they said they would but it may be several days before they "could get around to it." Several days to install simple handgun sights..... Example two: Found out they were selling an aftermarket trigger for the P10 and after seeing they were sold out, called to see when they were expecting a restock. I spoke to the same guy who sold me my gun (thick New York accent) and he said they were sold out. I asked when they were expecting more in and he said he wasn't sure with a very indifferent tone. I asked if it would be a couple weeks vs couple months and he said "yeah maybe one of those." The dude is just a dick and I've seen other reviews commenting the same. Train this dude or promote him to customer. I don't know if they are so busy they don't have to care but I will gladly send my CZ guns out of state for service rather than ever deal with someone who cares so little about earning/retaining my business.
