| - When my friend and I arrived it was about 6:30 PM PST on a Thursday and at first glance, it was really busy. Luckily though, we were seated at the pizza bar towards the back aka away from the noise which was perfect.
We both started out with drinks and appetizers for happy hour. I ordered a Moscow Mule (not part of HH, but I can't resist) and Carly ordered a Bay Breeze. Food wise, she ordered the chicken wings and I chose calamari. The calamari was good, except for the slices of lemon that were fried as well that I accidentally ate....but still good nonetheless LOL
Dinner wise, she ordered the Bussell Sprout Salad w/ Chicken. I passed on trying her dish because of the Caesar dressing (most Caesar dressings are made with raw eggs) but she said it was amazing. I ordered a Meatball Pizza, coincidentally on National Pizza Day. For $23.00 I thought it was ok. Definitely had great flavors and the ricotta on top was phenomenal, but I've this style pizza elsewhere, for less money, comparing taste, as well as larger.
We finished our bff catch up session with dessert. Carly ordered the Peanut Butter Lava Cake which apparently was delicious (in another life, I may know such pleasures). I ordered vanilla ice cream, which came with three large scoops and a warm cookie. Def wasn't expecting it to be that big of a dessert.
